Our real estate agency recommended Shellie to us when I mentioned we didn't know the area, and boy, oh boy, did they do us an enormous favour! Shellie was easily contactable, was in touch with us quickly recommending avenues for due diligence and was magnificently assertive and swift in communications with other parties. We unfortunately ran into some hurdles with transfer of finances on settlement day and Shellie and her team (Carolyn, what an MVP) were phenomenal at supporting us (when we were close to drowning in anxiety!), and helping us sort through the problems.
